When you create a car listing, we collect the information you voluntarily provide, including vehicle details, photos, price, and contact information. We also collect basic usage data such as page views and QR code scan counts to help you track your listing's performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate and improve StickandSell, display your car listing to potential buyers, send you transactional emails (such as order confirmations), and respond to your support requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. What Is Shown Publicly
Only the information you enter into your listing is shown publicly — this includes your vehicle details, photos, asking price, and the contact information you provide (phone/email). Your account email and full name are never displayed publicly unless you choose to include them in your listing.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use standard browser cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. We may use anonymized analytics to understand how our site is used and to improve the experience. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
5. No Payments Collected
StickandSell is completely free. We do not process payments and never collect or store credit card or other payment information.
6. Data Retention
We retain your listing data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your listing or close your account, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days. QR code scan logs may be retained in anonymized form for up to 12 months.
7. Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of third-party services to operate our platform, including Supabase for data storage. These services have their own privacy policies and are bound by data processing agreements.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email us at info@stickandsell.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
StickandSell is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of StickandSell after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
